Vanatori Neamt Natural Park

Vanatori Neamt Natural Park is located in northern Neamt County, bordering Suceava county.

At the moment, Vanatori Neamt Natural Park is the only place in the country where the bison is found in captivity in the  Zoo from village (actually 6 bison);

in semi-freedom in the Bison Management Center of the Administration of Vanatori Neamt Natural Park (a herd of 21 bison) and five bison (3 males and 2 females) in the wild since March 22, 2012, in the Chitele.
